Voice Response) system to handle Automated technical phone support for the Grolier products. Work alongside of
the developers to find/create program patches/fixes. Product platform testing. I also set up and maintained a
Windows NT 4.0 server to serve the Microsoft’s Technet monthly CD, a laser printer, and a Technical Support
Documents folder.
